One tag is required for EACH item
you wish to enter in this years Fair. A $1.00 entry fee / person, will be collected when you
pick up your tags. This fee does NOT limit the number of entries a person
may make. (Grange members and 4-H members will have this
fee waived).

INDICATE TAGS FOR ADDITIONAL PERSONS AT THIE SAME ADDRESS OR
SUBMIT ADDITIONAL FORMS.
